This course is designed for new GentleWave clinicians who are looking to enhance their skills and optimize their practice through use of the GentleWave System. Led by experienced clinicians, attendees will develop an elevated understanding of the GentleWave System Mechanism of Action, review techniques for procedure optimization, and discuss best practices in patient scheduling, communication, and billing. Clinicians will submit a case study and participate in a roundtable review of several case studies.

Attendees will be immersed in a workshop to crystallize their own practice vision, metrics, and mechanisms for team accountability to help participants achieve their goals. This course will provide participants with the opportunity to observe office workflow, schedule management, patient treatment, and communication through instruction lead by Dr. Chopra and her dental assistant and front office team leaders.
