Roy Chen has over 25 years of experience in the medical device and healthcare industries. Most recently he served as the North American Human Resources Leader for Nobel Biocare, a leading dental implant manufacturer. In addition, Mr. Chen led an HR organization of more than 40 professionals at Sybron Dental Specialties, a company with more than 4,600 associates. At Johnson & Johnson, Mr. Chen consistently moved up through a series of Operations and Human Capital roles with increasing levels of responsibility, culminating in a position as Vice President of Talent Management for R&D. Mr. Chen holds a BA in Economics from Rutgers University, a BS in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers College of Engineering and a MS in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.
